1996 Alba/Seiko AKA Blue Dial quartz chronograph (V657-6030)

The 'AKA' series were a self-consciously retro homage to Seiko designs of the 60s and 70s, this chrono model having a similar layout and case design to Speedtimer models from the time. These were produced for the Japanese domestic market in 1996 and 1997 and are now fairly sought after. This particular model has a striking blue satin finish dial with contrasting metallic subdials.

In good condition. Movement keeps time and starts, stops and resets as expected. Domed hardlex crystal is clean with some minor scratch marks, only visible from certain angles. Case, bezel and bracelet have some light wear as pictured. The original razorblade bracelet is sized for an approx 19cm wrist with no extra links.
