We deal in Australian dollars and can currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and Canada via EMS. New locations added when there's demand, so please do get in touch if you're not in one of the above places and would like a watch shipped out to you.
Can I return my purchase?
If your watch is defective or isn't as described, Quartz Crisis will issue a full refund including postage costs. If you've had a change of mind we cannot issue a refund, but if you return it to us at your own expense we can issue store credit.
Is there a shop I can visit?
There is no shopfront, but pickup and viewings are available by appointment. There is also a Quartz Crisis stall at multiple markets around the Melbourne metro area - upcoming dates are posted on the 'Market Dates' page.
Do you service watches?
Quartz Crisis is not a watchmaker. Every watch sold is verified working with any issues disclosed and minor work like cleaning or a battery change is performed when needed.
