Forma was (is?) a domestic Japanese Citizen line that focused on neat, basic casual and dress watches, much like Seiko's Spirit line. Here we have a petite steel case dress watch with white matte dial and gold indices and handset. Nice clean and simple design.
In good condition, working well and keeping solid time. Case has some light wear and tear as pictured, but is still holding up well. Fitted to an aftermarket black leather strap.
