1977 Seiko Silverwave Quartz "Wave Dial" (4336-8090)

Seiko's Silverwave models from the late 70s incorporate features of Seiko divers (screwback case with double wave insignia, 4 o'clock screwdown crown) in a more sleek and sporty look, and this 4336 variant is no exception. The dial is finished in a lovely textured wave pattern and features a bilingual kanji/english calendar, applied baton indices and applied Seiko Quartz insignia.

Movement is keeping good time and working as expected. In good condition - case has dings and wear as pictured. Dial has some age related discoloration and patina. Some scratching to the crystal that doesn't quite show in my studio photos, so I've uploaded an extra photo that shows it a little better. Fitted to an aftermarket black leather strap.
