Simple Y2k era quartz tank with gold plated case, crown, handset and indices. The highlight here is the beautiful gold snowflake texture dial that shifts as it captures the light - nice! Caseback engraving indicates that this was issued as a commemorative award from the City of Hokkaido.
In good condition, working well and keeping good time. Case has some light marking but has retained plenty of gold plating. Dial is in good condition with a tiny pinprick blemish near 11 o'clock, not really visible in standard light conditions. Currently fitted to a black Bambi strap that has been worn but still has plenty of life left.
