2000 Seiko Flightmaster Black Pilot's Chronograph (V657-8120)

Classic Y2K era pilot's chrono watch. You'd think that 3 subdials, a tachymeter chapter ring and slide rule bezel would make it way too busy, but the clean and clear design language makes it a pleasure to wear and surprisingly compact on the wrist. Seiko made the first quartz chronograph and their mastery of the form is very much evident here. Unlike recent examples, this is running on the less common V657 movement that puts all chrono functions in the subdials.

Piece is in good condition. There are some light marks and wear to the case and crystal. Chrono has been calibrated and stops, starts and resets with no issues. Some tool marks on the caseback. Fitted to the original bracelet sized for an approx. 19.5cm wrist.
